You can send money to someone with your American Express Serve card if they also have a Serve account. Log in to your account, click "Pay & Transfer" and choose "Send Money".
Online: For online purchases, you'll be asked to enter your Card details during checkout, including your Card number, expiration date and 4-digit security code located on the front of your Card.

Call American Express customer service at (800) 227-4669 or visit your account online to create a credit card PIN number. You can then use that PIN at ATMs. The American Express Cash Advance program allows you to withdraw cash at participating ATMs up to the available cash advance limit on the card account.
