Walgreens Cash will expire one year after you earn them or if your account has been inactive for six months. If your card is active, points expire on a rolling 12-month basis.

All points are posted to the member's account within three to five days after purchase. The points can be used to pay for future purchases. When you earn 1,000 points, you can get a dollar off your next purchase, when you earn 5,000 points, you get a $5 discount, and so on.
