The Kaplan GMAT book is a solid option for test-takers who are looking to gain an average number of points (50 – 100) or score between 550 and 700 on the GMAT. Overall, the content reviews, while present, aren't particularly robust and the test-taking strategies are fairly average.
GMATPrep may seem slightly harder than actual GMAT but this software is the closest you can get to actual GMAT. All the questions and tests out there are much harder.

The question you have here in GMAT club test are real good questions (Both for Quant and Verbal), if you are able to solve these without any help then you can ace in GMAT. ... However the Kaplan 800 is actually one of the most useful books for GMAT. I would highly recommend it.

Target Test Prep is very easy, and the questions are not representative of the GMAT questions. Even though there are thousands of questions, many are duplicates or slight variations of a few types of questions. For some reason, people are hell bent on believing that TTP is the only way to go.
GMAT does repeat the question, BUT they have such a huge question bank that you would rarely see a repeated questions, even in several attempts! ... Yes, GMAT questions repeated but not the same questions.
