As I said, Uber Eats = more orders, at least where I'm located. However, DoorDash seems to have higher surge pay. Sometimes they even message me saying “earn $7.50 more per order right now” which basically doubles what you would make. Example of Peak Pay in the DoorDash app.
UberEats is probably better for large orders since DoorDash has a 7% – 15% service fee. DoorDash is the way to go for smaller meals since they don't enforce a minimum order. (And don't forget, you can get alcohol delivered with your meal too.) Both services have great reviews.
Both charge a service fee, DoorDash's cost is typically 10-11% of the order subtotal, and Uber Eats 15%. Also, both food delivery services apply small order fees, DoorDash charges $2 if you don't make the minimum order, and Uber Eats, depending on your location, charges either $2 on orders under $10, $3 under $15.
